I started my real estate career in 2001 with a National Brokerage in Minnesota. By 2005 I knew there had to be a better way to provide a superior customer experience so I opened my own independent brokerage (Beyond Homes Realty). At BHR my team and I successfully redefined the expectations of our clients for the next 18 years. Over that time I successfully assisted hundreds and hundreds of clients with relocation, listing homes, buyer representation, and new construction. The last 12 years in Minnesota I collaborated with a developer and dozens of different builders in creatively marketing the developments while working with independent builders to market and sell their homes.
In 2023 I sold my Minnesota home of 26 years and my wife (Michelle) and I moved to Grand Junction to be closer to our two daughters. Our oldest daughter graduated from CMU in 2022 and recently married a Colorado native. Our youngest daughter is finishing up college at Arizona State and is a much shorter drive away.
